Five courses (Fixed Screens, Motorized Screens, Indoor Shades, KAOS Outdoor, SI Eco-System), each ending in a 20-question final exam (80% to pass). Users sign in with their email — a one-click magic link arrives in their inbox — and progress + exam scores sync between desktop and phone. Results + Excel export are below.

The knowledge base, browsable and readable inside ATEN — categories, topics, and all 176 articles synced from WordPress on the weekly KB refresh, rendered exactly as WordPress serves them, with an article-aware Ask ATEN pane beside the reader. Super-admins get an Arrange button: re-order categories/articles and hide articles; dealers see your arrangement.

Set up once (under a minute):
1. Tap Copy next to your personal link above.
2. Tap Get the Shortcut below, then Add Shortcut.
3. It asks for the link while adding — paste it.
4. Check the shortcut is named exactly Ask ATEN — Siri finds it by name.
Then say: "Hey Siri, Ask ATEN". Answers take 10 to 25 seconds — Siri just goes quiet while ATEN thinks. This key only lets Siri ask questions as you. If a phone is lost, tap Get a new key and the old one stops working.
